Important Dates 2021

The acceptance of the abstract will be communicated on January 29th, 2021. We suggest you to register for the conference even if the result of the review process is not yet available.

In case your abstract will not be accepted, your registration can be canceled without any cancellation fee and your fee will be refunded to your bank account (which you will communicate via email)

Only one presentation for each participant is allowed and all the presenters must register.

Registration - Fees, Payment and Conditions

Online registration will be possible after October 1st, 2019, here and will expire on February 5th, 2021.

The fee for all participants is 190 € and includes: Book of Abstracts (digital), Final Program, Public Lecture, Certificate of Attendance.

Your registration and payment of conference fee for GAMM 2020 is valid for the GAMM 2020@21 at March 15-19, 2021. Due to the pure online format the conference fee was reduced for all participants. Reimbursement including tickets for the conference dinner will be operated in March 2021.

Invoice
The scientific events of the University of Kassel must fulfill the tax regulations of a commercial enterprise (BgA). This means that the University of Kassel must follow the regulations also with regard to the invoicing of the participation fees. These must be issued according to the VAT requirements for a proper invoice within the meaning of § 14 UstG (German Value Added Tax Act). Since the participant fees for GAMM 2020 include tax-free and taxable part (for example the Conference Dinner), these must be shown separately in the invoice in order to meet the requirements for a proper invoice in accordance with Art. § 14 UStG. An invoicing of the participation fee as a total amount is not tax-permitted.

Conditions and Cancellation

Any changes and cancellations must be done in written form and sent to the Conference Office.

In case your abstract will not be accepted, your early registration can be canceled without any cancellation fee and your fee will be refunded to your bank account (which you will communicate via email).


Reimbursement
In case of written cancellation until January 15th, 2021, payments will be fully refunded, minus 60 € handling fee. For cancellation after this date no reimbursement is possible. Cancellation notification must be confirmed by the Conference Office. Reimbursements are settled after the conference.
